Buddy Isles Collision is growing and looking for a skilled Collision Technician who takes pride in quality repairs and wants to work in a professional, well-equipped shop.
We are a locally owned shop with a strong reputation, a steady workflow, and a large modern facility. Our technicians have the space, equipment, and support they need to produce high-quality work without the corporate headaches.
If you currently work at Caliber, Gerber, Service King, a dealership body shop, or another production shop, this may be the change you're looking for.
About Our Shop:
Buddy Isles Collision operates inside a 55,000 sq. ft. automotive facility serving the Littleton and Lake Gaston community. Our business is built on craftsmanship, honesty, and long-term relationships with customers.
We invest in our team, our equipment, and our workplace environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Vehicle teardown and reassembly
- Panel replacement and alignment
- MIG welding and spot welding
- Sheet metal and panel repair
- Identifying hidden damage
- Working with estimators to ensure proper repairs
- Quality control before vehicle delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced collision technician
- Someone who takes pride in their work
- Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
- Team player who communicates well
- Frame and structural experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Certifications such as I-CAR are a plus but not required.
