Buddy Isles Tire & Automotive is looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are a busy, well-established shop with a strong reputation for quality repairs and honest service.
This position is perfect for someone who has worked as a service advisor before or someone with strong sales, customer service, or management experience who wants to build a career in the automotive industry.
Our shop runs fast-paced, professional, and team-focused. We take care of our customers and our employees.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and provide a professional experience from drop-off to pick-up.
- Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate with technicians.
- Build and present repair estimates based on technician inspections.
- Recommend maintenance services that help customers protect their vehicles.
- Manage appointments and repair order workflow.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Review completed repairs with customers and answer questions.
- Ensure repair orders are accurate and properly documented.
- Process payments and close out repair orders.
- Support technician productivity and shop efficiency.
- Help maintain a positive and professional environment.
